country's offshore industry. At the request of the Government of the British
Virgin Islands he has conducted all day training seminars for public and private
sector workers in the offshore industry. He is a Notary Public for life of
the BVI.
Lance has also been extremely active in civic and community organisations and

to Jamaica he has been re-appointed to that Board. In the British Virgin Islands,
he served as a member of the Rotary Club of Road Town and held several executive
positions including President for the year 2000\2001. His outstanding service
to the club and the BVI community caused him to be named Rotarian of the Year
in 2001 and he was honoured by the club with its Paul Harris Fellow Award,
in 2002. Since returning to Jamaica he has become a member of the Rotary Club
of St. Andrew.
