Harry Stoddart
Deputy Chairman
Mr. Stoddart is a financial controller and partner in the firm SCS
Management Company Ltd. He was educated at the University of the West
Indies, EXED Community College and St Mary High School. He holds a Bsc.
Degree; His experience includes auditing for the firms Ernst & Young
Chartered accountant and Lee Clarke Chang Chartered Accountants. He was
Property Manager for the Golden Seas Hotel. He has also worked in the
public sector, serving as an accountant for several years. He currently
serves as a director of the Vineyard Town Citizen Association, In the
field of education he lectured at EXED Community College and conducted
training and seminars in accounting software packages in the private
sectors.

Donna M. Arthurs
Miss Donna Arthurs is a Business Woman and Certified Auto Mechanic. She
has received training from various institutions including J.A.G.A.S, Uni
Motors and has gained various business certifications over the years.
Her experience in managing small businesses for over 20 years has given
her much experience in addressing human resource matters, Governance
matters as well as a strong appreciation for all facets of conducting a
good and honest business. She has most recently expanded her sphere to
include operation and direct management of a small but aggressive business
which has allowed her to become even more experienced. It has also allowed
her an expanded knowledge and appreciation for the effective operation of
an organisation.
Miss Arthurs is also very involved and committed to community service, with
a focus on women's issues and the elderly. She has done her part thorough
community and national organisations to increase awareness of their vulnerabilities,
needs for empowerment and their responsibilities to their community, family and
themselves.

Rohan Bell
Rohan Bell, B.Sc. (University of West Indies) and M.B.A (University of Phoenix)
Mr Bell is trained as a Social Scientist who has been working as a consultant for
the past 20 years in social and marketing research and programme evaluation for local
and international corporate clients.
His range of professional experience incorporates strategic planning and project
management, and working with community-based organizations for community development.

Ricardo Bennett
Mr. Bennett is the Executive Director of the Peer Counselling Association of Jamaica,
which he founded in 1990.
He received tertiary education in Social and Counselling Psychology at Scarsdale
University in the USA and University of the West Indies, and benefitted from
echnical training in family life education, reproductive health, conflict
resolution, behaviour modification, leadership skills, communication skills,
drug abuse prevention and treatment options and environmental issues.
Mr. Bennett represented Jamaica at several forums on youth development
matters in the USA, England, Egypt, Cuba, Barbados, the Bahamas and Guyana
at the invitation of the UNFPA, UNAIDS, UNDP, UNODC, PAHO/WHO and CARICOM
Secretariat. He served on various committees convened by the Planning Institute
of Jamaica, United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), National Family Planning
Board (NFPB) and the Embassy of Japan.
He started functioning as a Justice of the Peace from 2007. In 2010, he was
appointed a Lay Magistrate at the Half Way Tree Criminal Magistrates'
Court in St. Andrew.

Kemar Anthony Brown
Mr. Brown was born on November 6, 1989. He attended Alpha Primary School,
St. Georges College and Dunoon Technical High School.
Mr. Brown is a youth advocate and member of the National Youth Parliament.
He is also a member of the Commonwealth Youth Parliament and the Speaker of
the House.

Michelle A. Forbes
Miss Forbes is a practising attorney-at-law currently employed as Senior
Legal Officer in the Ministry of Science, Technology, Energy & Mining.
She was admitted to practise law in September of 2000 and has practised in
Jamaica. She has served as a Judicial Clerk to the Judges of the Court of
Appeal, followed by Crown Counsel and Assistant Attorney General in the
Attorney General's Chambers. While at the Attorney Generals' Chambers,
Miss Forbes gained considerable experience serving in the General Legal
Advice and Commercial Divisions.
Miss Forbes obtained a Master of Laws from the University College London,
with a specialisation in Corporate and Commercial Law. She holds a Bachelor
of Laws from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, Barbados and went on
obtain the Legal Education Certificate at the Norman Manley Law School.
Miss Forbes also has a degree in International Relations from the University
of the West Indies, Mona.
She is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association and is also a board member of
Clarendon Alumina Producers.

Charles Ganga-Singh
Mr. Charles Ganga-Singh is an attorney-at-law. He was admitted to practise
in 1994. He is a former Deputy Registrar of the Supreme Court, and a former
Legal Officer of the Betting, Gaming, and Lotteries Commission. He was also
a Youth Ambassador, from 2000 to 2003, representing Jamaica at youth conferences
in Cuba, The Bahamas, and the United Nations.

Sheryl Markland
Ms. Markland is currently employed to the Tax Administration Jamaica Limited
(formerly Inland Revenue Department) where she has worked in several areas
for the past fifteen (15) years. Being a public servant for all her professional
life, she has intimate knowledge of public policies and procedures which has
contributed to her proficiency in customer service and financial management.
She has studied at the Institute of Management and Production and the University
College of the Caribbean. Her great love for videography has led her to pursue
courses in Video Production and Still Photography at the Creative Production
and Training Centre (CPTC).
Ms. Markland has travelled as a youth representative for Jamaica to countries
such as Cuba, South Africa and France where she participated in discussions on
world issues and proposals for change.
She is a member of several community and welfare related bodies. Ms Markland
serves on school and government boards and continues to serve her community
with integrity, dedication and pride.

N. Patrick McDonald
Mr. McDonald is an attorney-at-law and partner in the law firm Hart Muirhead
Fatta. He was admitted to practice in 1993, and has practiced in Jamaica
and the British Virgin Islands. He was educated at the University of the
West Indies and the Norman Manley Law School.
His experience includes commercial litigation, general commercial practice,
company law, financial services and regulation and real estate. He has also
worked in the public sector, serving as a senior executive at FINSAC Limited.
He currently serves as a director of First Global Financial Services Limited,
Independent Radio Company Limited (operators of Power 106FM & Music 99FM)
and K.L.E. Group Limited (operators of Fiction Lounge and "Usain Bolt's Tracks & Records").
He is a member of the Corporate Governance Committee of the Private Sector
Organisation of Jamaica, and has conducted training in corporate governance
for the public and private sectors.

Patrick A. Peterkin
Mr. Peterkin is an attorney-at-law and a member of Chambers 53, which is a
group of lawyers which operate under a chambers system. He was admitted
to practice in 2006, and has practiced in Jamaica. He was educated at the
University of the West Indies and the Norman Manley Law School.
His experience includes family law, criminal litigation, civil litigation
and real estate. He currently serves as a director of Urban Development
Corporation Board and is a member of the Advocates Association.
