Check a stamp dealer today

Stamp Dealers are business entities that sells the most frequently used range of stamp denominations as an addition to its primary business operations. This allows customers to purchase stamps as well as the main product lines of the business establishment at one location.

The designed postage stamp sales staff at all stamp dealers are able to answer frequently asked questions regarding postal rates. Stamp vendors tend to have longer opening hours than post offices, thus adding to the practicality of this arrangement.

A traditional red posting box is placed at these locations to enable customers to deposit letters and greeting cards after having affixed postage stamps. Additional stamp dealers were recently added to this list.

Morant Bay gets a live edition of ‘Real Jamaican Radio’ on Thursday February 16 when the Morant Bay Post Office welcomes the RJR 94 FM ‘Hotline’ radio programme’s team.

Mrs Marcia Williams, Postmaster of the Morant Bay PO states that they now offer customers a wide range of business transaction services such as newspaper sales, bill payment and money transfer facilities. Expedited mail facilities are available: ZIP MAIL (local next-day delivery service) and the Express Mail Service (‘EMS’- international courier service).

Being a Thursday, the popular talk show will be hosted by the Hon Dr Barbara Gloudon. Customers are invited to spend a few minutes with the RJR team while pursuing their usual business transactions at the post office. The show runs from 10:30 am until 2 pm. The RJR Communications Group has embarked on a marketing initiative touted as the ‘Cross Country Invasion’ through which many communities across the island will benefit from an opportunity to demonstrate its hospitality and have diverse views aired by resident.
