INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING ZIP MAIL (Local Priority Mail)
Zip Mail© is Jamaica Post's local NEXT-DAY priority mail service.

Zip Mail© is only available at major Post Offices.

A Zip Mail© item must be handed in at a Post Office counter & prepaid in cash and a receipt obtained for it.

Zip Mail© items are delivered to a street address where regular street delivery exists, except for inner-cities. NB (Residents of inner-cities and rural areas collect items at their Post Office).

Zip Mail© items must not be addressed to a Post Office Box unless addressee is advised to collect item there.

Zip Mail© items must be enclosed in a strong cover appropriate to its contents and securely fastened with glue or other adhesive. It will not be accepted if it shows any sign of having been opened and re-fastened before mailing.

The addressee's first & last names and telephone number must be clearly written in ink on the front.

Cash must not be enclosed.
